If you have purchased something from NEGOTIA LEATHER but not:

  • Received the correct products or size, or
  • Your products are not delivered within the legal delivery period (30 days), or
  • You are simply not completely satisfied with the quality or functionality of the product. you will receive a full refund from us.

However, we cannot give you a full refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Your NEGOTIA LEATHER order did not arrive due to factors within your control (For example, you gave us the wrong shipping address. Duh.)
  2. Your NEGOTIA LEATHER order has not arrived due to any circumstances beyond our control NEGOTIA LEATHER ( for example: not cleared through customs, a tornado or other natural disasters).
  3. Your order has been placed at a discount or in a sale. In this case you can still exchange your order amount for other products.

Do you want to return your order and a refund of your purchase amount?
Returns/refunds or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receipt of your order. All you have to do is return the product unused in its original packaging to us (simple as that). Please also add a note with your name and order number to this return shipment.
