We have confidence in all the products we offer and therefore give a 1-year warranty on our entire range under normal use. Received a defective item?
Should it happen that you receive a defective item or your leather accessory becomes defective within our return period of 100 days through no fault of your own, please contact us by email and attach (if possible) as many photos of the defect as possible. This way we can help you faster. Please note: If you want to return a defective item within the return period of 100 days, please state this in your return request at all times. This can prevent any misunderstandings when handling your return shipment.
How do I report a repair?
Does your item become defective within the warranty period, but has the return period already expired? Please contact us and of course we will together ensure that your item is repaired and functions properly again after the repair.
You may return your order within 100 days of receipt. You are not obliged to give a reason in this, but nevertheless we greatly appreciate it if you do have a reason for us. This allows us to improve our information facilities.
Of course, when returning your order, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. All our packaging is made in such a way that you can unpack the received item without damaging the packaging. If, when processing your return, it turns out that we cannot sell the returned item 'as new', we can deduct the value reduction from your refund.
Do you choose to return your order because it was delivered damaged and / or defective? Please indicate this clearly with your return request.
What does returning my order cost?
Returning your order is completely free. So you do not have to create a return label yourself.
How do I get a return label?
If you contact us via the contact form on our contact page or by email via firstname.lastname@example.org, you will receive a return label from us with which you can return your order free of charge.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
When we have received your returned package, we will ensure that your refund is processed within five working days. It differs per bank how long it takes before the refund is in your account.
