Shipping & Delivery times

Here you will find the answer to all your questions about the shipping, delivery and delivery times of your order.

SHIPPING

Is your desired item in stock? Good news! For orders with a shipping address in the Netherlands and Belgium, we will deliver your product within 1 to 2 working days. You'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can track the progress of your shipment. For customers in other European countries, the expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. We do our best to deliver your favorite leather products quickly and safely to your home, wherever you are in Europe.

With which (package) carrier will my order be sent?

It depends on the ordered item and the delivery address with which (parcel) carrier your order will be sent and delivered. Our most used parcel carriers are PostNL, DHL, Trunkrs, DPD and UPS.

How do I change my (delivery) data?

To guarantee the continuity of our shipping times, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address or cancel your order after sending your order. If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via the
contact form on our contact page or by email at info@negotialeather.com.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

It is of course very annoying if you have not received your order (on time). In that case, you can do three things:

1. View the Track & Trace code of your package: You will find the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation that you received by email. Please check via this link whether the delivery time slot indication has shifted.

2. Check the delivery address: Is the delivery address you entered correct? Please also check your zip code.

3. Check your email: Have you received a 'not at home' message? Then the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.

Don't know where your package will stay yet?

In that case, wait a little longer, because your package may have been delayed. In eight out of ten cases, your order will be delivered the next working day. Delivery time depends on the shipping address. Below you will find an overview of the current delivery times of the parcel carriers we use to send our orders:

The Netherlands: 1-2 business days

Belgium & Germany: 2-3 working days

Other countries within the EU: 3-5 working days

The United Kingdom: 4-8 working days

The US: 4-8 working days

Norway & Switzerland: 4-12 working days

Backorder (EU): 4-12 working days

Backorder (worldwide): 4-15 working days

The expected delivery time of the (parcel) carrier is only a best estimate and NEGOTIA Leather cannot be held liable for a reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.
