Here you will find the answer to all your questions about the shipping, delivery and delivery times of your order.
Is your desired item in stock? Good news! For orders with a shipping address in the Netherlands and Belgium, we will deliver your product within 1 to 2 working days. You'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can track the progress of your shipment. For customers in other European countries, the expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. We do our best to deliver your favorite leather products to your home quickly and safely, wherever you are in Europe.
With which (package) carrier will my order be sent?
It depends on the ordered item and the delivery address with which (parcel) carrier your order will be sent and delivered. Our most used parcel carriers are PostNL, DHL, Trunkrs, DPD and UPS.
How do I change my (delivery) data?
To guarantee the continuity of our shipping times, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address or cancel your order after sending your order. If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on our Contact page or by email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
It is of course extremely annoying if you have not received your order (on time). In that case, you can do three things:
1. Check out your package's Track & Trace code: You can find the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation you received by email. Check via this link whether the delivery time-subject indication has shifted.
2. Check the delivery address: Is the delivery address you filled in correct? Also check your zip code.
3. Check your mail: Did you receive a 'not home' message? Then the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery moment.
Still haven't received your package?
In that case, wait a little longer, because your package may have been delayed. In eight out of ten cases, your order will be delivered the next working day. Have you not received your order three working days after the original delivery date? Then contact us via the contact form on our Contact page or by email via email@example.com.
