Our products are made to last. If a defect occurs due to a production error, we will solve it - always.

Received a defective product?
Always check your order upon receipt. Is there anything wrong? Report it immediately via info@negotialeather.com and add clear photos. This way we can help you quickly.

Production error after use?
Did your product become defective due to a production error after some time of use? No worries. Send us a message via the contact page or email and we will assess your request. Is it within the warranty? Then we will take care of repair or replacement.

RETURNS

100 days to consider
Still not completely satisfied? You can return your order up to 100 days after receipt. You do not have to give a reason for this, but feedback is always welcome.

Important conditions
1. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
2. For damaged or used returns, we reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value from the refund.

This is how returns work:
1. Pack the product in the original packaging.
2. Include a note with your name and order number.

The costs for return shipment are for your own account. Preferably use a shipping method with track & trace.

Refund
Within 5 business days after receiving your return, we will process your refund. Please note that the processing time may vary per bank.

EXCHANGE

Want to exchange a product? It’s easy.

• Please return the original product (at your own expense).

• Once we have received it in good condition, we will send the desired product to you free of charge.

The same return conditions apply to exchanges: the product must arrive unused and in its original packaging.
