Lifetime Warranty
At NEGOTIA Leather, we believe in craftsmanship that lasts. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on all our products, covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use only.
Please note: Our lifetime warranty applies to orders placed on or after 1 April 2025. Orders placed before this date are covered by a 1-year warranty.
What does our warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers:
- Tears in the leather or lining resulting from a manufacturing defect
- Loose stitching or hardware caused by manufacturing defects
- Faulty zippers, buttons or closures under normal use
- Any other defects that can be clearly attributed to material or manufacturing faults
Conditions:
- The product must have been purchased through our official webshop or an authorised retail partner
- You are able to provide your order number or proof of purchase
- The defect has been reported with a clear description and supporting photos
What isn't covered by our warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, leather discolouration or natural patina)
- Improper use, accidental drops or impact damage
- Water damage or prolonged exposure to moisture
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Use outside the intended purpose of the product
- Extreme exposure to heat, sunlight, chemicals or excessive loads
- Commercial or intensive professional use beyond normal everyday use
How do I make a warranty claim?
- Send an email to info@negotialeather.com
- Include your order number or proof of purchase
- Describe the defect and attach clear photos
We'll respond within 2 business days with the next steps. If your claim is covered under warranty, we'll provide one of the following at no cost:
- A replacement product
- A professional repair
- Or another suitable solution, depending on availability
What if my product isn't covered by warranty?
We're always happy to help, even if your product falls outside the warranty period. Where possible, we can offer:
- A paid repair at a fair price, where available
- Advice on product care or extending the life of your item
