Bags & Accessories
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship that affect the functionality of the product.
- Examples include: handles that tear or detach, broken zips, or faulty buckles.
- Cosmetic wear: scratches, dents, stains, discolouration, signs of normal use (including the lining), and other non functional changes that do not affect the performance of the product.
- Damage caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat or moisture.
- Damage caused by overloading, misuse or neglect.
Transition to Lifetime Warranty (From 1 April 2025)
Our lifetime warranty applies to all purchases made on or after 1 April 2025.
For orders placed before this date, the original 12 month warranty remains in effect. This transition reflects the quality and durability of our latest generation of products.
Purchases Through Third Parties
Our warranty is valid only for products purchased through our official website, our own retail locations, or authorised retail partners.
Products purchased through unauthorised sellers such as online marketplaces, Vinted, outlet platforms or other unofficial resellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Liability
Our warranty applies solely to the product itself and its functionality. NEGOTIA Leather cannot be held liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or damage to personal belongings carried inside the bag, including laptops, documents or electronic devices.
Our liability is always limited to repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution in accordance with the terms of this warranty.

Our team will review your claim within three business days and determine the most appropriate solution for your situation.
3. Repair or Replacement
Depending on the nature of the defect, we'll arrange a repair, provide a replacement part, or replace the product entirely.
