For personalizing our products, a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces applies.

Payments must be made in full in advance or via a payment plan of 50% down payment to start production, and the remaining 50% before delivery of the products.

Yes, if you are considering placing a large order, we can make a digital mock-up of the product with your logo, so you can get a good idea of what it will look like. Would you rather see the product in real life? Then you can order it via our webshop, you will then receive the product with our logo on it. If approved, you will receive a return label from us to return the item.

We have a number of options. Our packaging is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. These can be printed to your specifications. Let us know what you have in mind and our team will make sure we meet your requirements.

NEGOTIA Leather offers logo embossing for corporate orders, where the logo is subtly pressed into the leather to create a refined and luxurious look, without adding color.

Logo embossing orders have a one-time fee of €35. This fee covers the creation of the custom metal stamp needed to emboss your selected item with your logo design.

To ensure optimal results during the personalization process, we ask that you provide a high-resolution image in .svg, .esp, .eps, .pdf, or .jpg format.

While we do not offer physical samples, you will receive a digital mock-up once we receive your files. This mock-up will be sent to you so you can get a good idea of what the final product will look like before you make your final confirmation.

The lead time depends on the quantity, style, personalization, stock availability and how much is in the queue. Typically all custom orders are produced between 7-10 weeks, plus shipping time.
