For personalizing our products, a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces applies. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and efficiency for larger orders.

For personalized orders we expect a 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining balance to be paid before the products are delivered.

Yes, before you place a large order, we can make a digital mock-up of the product with your logo, so you get a clear idea of the end result. If you prefer to see the product in real life, you can order it via our webshop. You will receive the product with our logo on it. After approval, you will receive a return label from us to return the item free of charge.

Logo debossing orders have a one-time fee of €35. This fee covers the creation of the custom metal stamp needed to deboss your selected item with your logo design.

While we do not offer physical samples, you will receive a digital mock-up once we receive your files. This mock-up will be sent to you so you can get a good idea of what the final product will look like before you make your final confirmation.

The lead time depends on the quantity, style, personalization, stock availability and how much is in the queue. Typically all custom orders are produced between 7-10 weeks, plus shipping time.
