Germany, Belgium: 1-2 business days
Rest of the EU: 2-5 working days

Norway, Switzerland: 4-12 business days
Backorder (EU): 4-12 business days
Backorder (worldwide): 4-15 business days


ORDER PROCESSING
If your item is in stock, we will ship it the same working day if before 14:00. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next working day. Please note that during high volume sales periods or new ranges there may be slight delays - we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your order to its destination. Please note that there is no shipping on weekends or holidays.


TRANSPORTERS
The courier that delivers your package depends on your local mail carrier in your country. The relevant carrier is always clearly communicated to you with the shipping confirmation. A few of the carriers are the following: DHL, PostNL, UPS, DPD, FedEx
