Place your desired products in your digital shopping cart via the large 'ORDER NOW!' knob. Your shopping cart will then appear on your screen or you can navigate to it yourself after continuing shopping via the button at the top right of your screen. After you have navigated to the checkout page, enter your desired billing and delivery address here, after which you can pay for your order.
Is my product in stock?
You can see this on the product page of your desired item. If we do not have one of our articles in stock, the expected delivery time of this product is stated on the product page.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account with us to place an order, but you can create an account with us to enjoy special benefits, to stay informed of all our news and to pay faster for future orders.
How do I change my order?
You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact us via the contact form on our contact page or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if your order has not yet left our warehouse. You can also easily contact us for this via the contact form on our contact page or send an email to email@example.com. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it free of charge.
At NEGOTIA Leather you can pay in different ways. For example, you can 'checkout quickly' with PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay, but you can of course also use the traditional payment methods.
As a Dutch customer you can of course easily opt for iDEAL, where as a Belgian customer you can pay just as easily with Bancontact. In addition, we accept payments from Visa, MasterCard and Maestro and you can pay afterwards (or directly) with Klarna.
