From Monday to Friday you can expect a response from us by email within two working days at the latest. During weekends or holidays, this response time may be slightly higher.
Are sold-out items restocked?
Most sold-out items are replenished as quickly as possible and we also add the expected delivery time. We recommend that you keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for our newsletter. This way you are always up to date with the latest news!

Is the free shipping really free?
If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, the shipping of your order is completely free. Do you live in another country? Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a track and trace from us by email as soon as the payment has been completed and your order has been processed. This allows you to track the delivery of your order.
I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

My product has arrived damaged, what now?

RETURNS AND REFUND
What are the return conditions?
You may return your order within thirty days without giving any reason. Of course, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. If you contact us via the contact form on our contact page or by email via info@negotialeather.com, you will receive a return label from us with which you can return your order free of charge.
I placed an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
No problem! In that case you will receive your original purchase amount back.

Our payment provider PAY.nl accepts payments via PayPal, iDEAL , Bancontact, Visa or Mastercard or pay afterwards with Klarna.

Rest of the EU: 2-5 business days

ORDER PROCESSING
If the item you ordered is in stock, we will ensure that orders placed before 2:00 PM and for which payment has been completed are shipped the same working day. You will receive a track and trace from us by email to closely follow the delivery of your order.
TRANSPORTERS
It depends on the ordered item and the delivery address with which (parcel) carrier your order is delivered. Our most used parcel carriers are PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS.
RETURNS
NEGOTIA Leather accepts returns of all products for any reason. Of course, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. If you contact us via the contact form on our contact page or by email via info@negotialeather.com, you will receive a return label from us with which you can return your order free of charge.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To guarantee the continuity of our shipping times, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address or cancel your order after your order has been shipped. The expected delivery time of the (parcel) carrier is only a best estimate and NEGOTIA Leather cannot be held liable for a reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.
