How do I place an order?

Simply place your desired product(s) in your shopping cart via the product page. After this, your shopping cart will automatically open, after which you can proceed to checkout. Enter your details here and let us know to which address your order should be shipped. Go ahead and choose a preferred payment method to pay for your order. After your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation from us by email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to shop with us. On the other hand, it is possible to create an account to make follow-up orders easier. We only need your email address and address details to process your order in good order.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Changing and canceling your order is only possible if the order has not yet left our warehouse. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible, this can be done via the contact form. Has your order already been shipped? Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can inform our carriers about this.
