The leather we use is a natural material that is vegetable tanned before it can be used to make our items. You can recognize leather products by the structure of the surface: The skin of a cow is uneven and has suffered scratches, bites or other scars during its life. This gives the leather and your item a natural look. Real leather has a specific smell. If you smell it, you will immediately notice the characteristic smell or aroma of a tanned cowhide.
Our recommendations for leather care:
• We recommend that you do not expose your bag to direct water and moisture without using a waterproof spray. If you get caught in the rain, it is normal for the drops to leave temporary bubble-like marks. Don't worry, these will fade away quickly!
• We also recommend that you do not use direct heat, such as radiators or hairdryers, to dry your bag. If exposed to this type of heat, the leather may change shape and texture
• Are you going to use a leather spray or leather grease? Always test the effect in an inconspicuous place.

Shipping costs depend on the shipping address. For example, shipping is always free for Dutch customers. For customers from other European countries, shipping is always free above 45 euros.
Is your desired item in stock? Great news! For orders with a shipping address in the Netherlands and Belgium, we will deliver your product within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so you can track the progress of your shipment. For customers in other European countries, the expected delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. We do our best to deliver your favorite leather products quickly and safely to your home, wherever you are in Europe.
