Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we're unable to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

If you purchased your NEGOTIA product through a retailer or marketplace, returns must be arranged directly with the original seller.

Yes. Every NEGOTIA product is backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our products are crafted to last for years. If a manufacturing defect should occur, we'll repair or replace your product without unnecessary hassle.

Our warranty covers, among other things:

• Manufacturing defects
• Construction defects
• Faulty hardware caused by a manufacturing defect, such as zippers or buckles

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by external factors such as moisture, drops, or impacts.

If your product arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours at info@negotialeather.com and include clear photos of the issue. This allows us to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Yes. Products purchased through our official retail partners are also covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims for these purchases must always be handled through the original retailer or marketplace where the product was purchased.

Please note that a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or bank statement, is required for all warranty claims.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers are not covered by our warranty.
