- Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality of the product.
- Examples These include: handles that are torn or loose and no longer usable, broken zippers or buckles.
- Cosmetic damage: scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, signs of wear (including lining) and other non-functional changes arising from normal use and which do not affect the operation of the product.
- Damage from prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat or moisture.
- Damage due to overload, misuse or negligence.
Transition to lifetime warranty (from April 1, 2025)
Our lifetime warranty applies to all purchases placed on or after April 1, 2025.
Orders placed before this date are covered by a 12-month warranty. This transition was introduced to fully support the quality of our new generation of products.
Purchases through third parties
The warranty is only valid for products purchased through our official webshop, our own points of sale, or through authorized retail partners.
Products purchased through unauthorized resellers (such as Marktplaats, Vinted, outlet platforms or other third parties that are not official sales partners) are not eligible for warranty.
Liability
Our warranty covers the product itself and its functionality. NEGOTIA Leather is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage to personal belongings carried in the bag (such as laptops, documents, or electronics).
Our liability is always limited to repair, replacement, or an appropriate solution within the terms of this warranty.

2. We assess your claim
Within 3 business days, our team will review all information and determine the best solution for your situation.
3. Repair or replacement
Depending on the type of defect, we will arrange a repair, send a replacement part, or you will receive a new product.
