Warranty conditions

At NEGOTIA Leather we believe in sustainable quality. That is why we offer a lifetime warranty on all products, only applicable to manufacturing or material defects under normal use.

Please note: This lifetime warranty is valid for orders placed from April 1, 2025. For previous orders, a warranty period of 1 year applies.

What does our warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty applies to:

• Cracks in the leather or lining due to a manufacturing defect
• Loose stitching or buckles due to manufacturing defects
• Defective zippers, buttons or closures during normal use
• Other defects that can be shown to result from material or manufacturing errors

Conditions:

• The product must have been purchased through our official webshop or authorized sales partners
• You can provide proof of purchase or order number
• The defect has been reported with sufficient description and photos

What is not covered by the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal signs of use (such as scratches, leather discolouration or patina)
• Careless use, fall or impact damage
• Water damage or prolonged exposure to moisture
• Self-made adjustments or repairs
• Improper use outside the intended function of the product
• Extreme exposure to heat, sun, chemicals or overload
• Commercial or intensive professional application outside normal daily use

How do you make use of your warranty?

1. Send an email to info@negotialeather.com
2. Please include your order number or proof of purchase
3. Describe the defect and attach clear photos

Within 2 business days you will receive a response from us with the next steps. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide free of charge:

• A replacement of the product
• A professional repair
• Or a suitable alternative solution, depending on availability

What if it is out of warranty?

We are always happy to assist you, even outside of warranty. If the defect is not covered by warranty, we offer:

• If possible: a paid repair at a fair rate
• Advice on maintenance or reuse
