Here you will find the answer to all your questions about the shipping, delivery and delivery times of your order.
SHIPPING
If the item you ordered is in stock, we will ensure that orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days. Orders ordered on weekdays before 15:00 will be shipped the same business day. You will receive a Track & Trace by email to follow the delivery of your order closely.
With which (package) carrier will my order be sent?
It depends on the ordered item and the delivery address with which (parcel) carrier your order will be sent and delivered. Our most used parcel carriers are PostNL, DHL, Trunkrs, DPD and UPS.
How do I change my (delivery) data?
To guarantee the continuity of our shipping times, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address or cancel your order after sending your order. If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via the
Contact form on Our Contact page Or by email via info@negotialeather.com.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
It is of course extremely annoying if you have not received your order (on time). In that case, you can do three things:
1. Check out your package's Track & Trace code: You can find the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation you received by email. Check via this link whether the delivery time-subject indication has shifted.
2. Check the delivery address: Is the delivery address you filled in correct? Also check your zip code.
3. Check your mail: Did you receive a 'not home' message? Then the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery moment.
Don't know where your package will stay yet?
In that case, wait a little longer, because your package may have been delayed. In eight out of ten cases, your order will be delivered the next working day. Post-order (worldwide): 4-15 working days
